Requirements

• Lead complex programs and projects
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve technical, scheduling, and cost requirements
• Evaluate schedules and realistic plans to complete tasks and adjust priorities to deliver on time
• Develop and manage financial analyses and budget plans for assigned projects
• Contribute to program management and participate in defining program requirements
• Follow up with various departments, partner activities, and supplier performance
• Manage relationships with suppliers, including supporting commercial negotiations and ensuring compliance with their commitments
• Identify and help resolve program problems, risks, and interdependencies
• Prepare and present regular program updates to management and stakeholders
• Support product and design changes, including commercial negotiations
• Ensure compliance with internal and external standards and best practices
• Encourage collaboration and positive contribution within multidisciplinary groups
