Analyste principale, Stratégie, finance et analytique RH

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Main Analyst, Strategy, Finance and HR Analytics to join our team at Bombardier. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing analytical and strategic support to our leadership team and business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior coordination, analysis, or strategic support role in HR or a corporate environment
• Proven experience in supporting senior leaders and producing decision-oriented analysis
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to structure and present clear analyses to an executive audience
• Knowledge of SAP, SharePoint, Teams, and corporate collaboration tools is an asset
• Strong analytical, synthesizing, and professional judgment skills
• High level of autonomy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Bilingual English-French (written and spoken)
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
