Bombardier is looking for a Supply Chain Director to lead their team in defining objectives, prioritizing resource allocation, and managing performance. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 10 years of experience, and strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Requirements

• Define team objectives based on balanced procurement dashboard and guide the team in monthly performance indicator governance (KPI) to ensure target achievement
• Prioritize resource allocation and team support to maximize overall program benefits
• Work closely with Global and Challenger program interfunctional leaders and procurement management teams
• Conduct performance evaluations and individual development plans with team members
• Supervise and develop team members
• Develop and manage performance management plans
• Create and maintain internal and external formal networks
• Perform procurement activities for the program
• Supervise supplier management throughout product development phases
• Manage product modifications with suppliers
• Supervise contractual and commercial negotiations with suppliers
• Support the implementation of strategies to minimize aircraft bill of materials (BOM) and non-recurrent program costs
