Requirements
- Corporate Leadership: Effective corporate governance management through multiple organizations through planning, coordination, and support of key meetings and activities, including master planning and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Financial leadership for engineering budget planning and management, including annual planning and quarterly reforecasting exercises.
- Manpower strategy leadership: ensuring human resources planning and ensuring alignment with engineering priorities and product development.
- Alignment leadership: collaborating with the engineering and product development management team to orient and influence alignment towards common strategic objectives.
- Executive communication: creating clear, concise, and impactful documentation and presentations for executive-level audiences.
- Strategic workshop leadership: preparing and facilitating workshops with multidisciplinary teams to validate, refine, and apply corporate strategic plans.
- Data-driven leadership: ensuring the collection, analysis, and interpretation of appropriate data to support evidence-based decision-making and application of strategies.
- Innovation leadership: directing or supporting the development of innovative tools, dashboards, and reports to improve data analysis and performance tracking.
