Requirements

• Strong management skills and experience in the aerospace industry
• At least 5 years of experience in supervising employees
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, able to set priorities to achieve key milestones
• Excellent communication skills, able to communicate at all levels of the organization
• Capable and willing to travel
• College education or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of French and English
