Financial Analyst, Bombardier Toronto Site

Bombardier is seeking a Financial Analyst to provide business partner financial support to Functional Directors and Leaders. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and a minimum of 7 years of experience in Cost Accounting or similar financial analyst experience.

Requirements

• Provide Business Partner financial support to Functional Directors and Leaders including management reporting and analysis, review and assessment of headcount, overtime, operating expenses, and other finance related activities.
• Participate in and support confidential financial/analytical activities influencing operational decision making.
• Complete all monthly/quarterly financial activities and/or financial reporting for assigned functional areas, including assisting senior financial analysts as required.
• Prepare and monitor budget/forecast(s) for assigned business areas.
• Work with business to identify, track and manage risks and opportunities to committed budget/forecast.
• Support the development and implementation of enhanced tools and processes including Power BI and participate in S4 HANA transition.
• Provide internal/external audit support including ensuring ongoing compliance to internal controls as required by OSC.
