- Establish clear performance objectives for the team, track progress, and implement development plans to maintain high engagement and performance levels
- Collaborate with business leaders from all functions to promote the adoption of automation and AI solutions, ensuring that initiatives generate measurable business value and support strategic priorities
- Work with stakeholders to map business processes, analyze workflows, and identify high-impact opportunities for automation and AI implementation
- Support the design and delivery of training programs to strengthen employees' automation and AI skills, including technical workshops and self-service empowerment initiatives for citizen developers
- Foster an active community of practice to promote knowledge sharing, peer learning, and effective use of automation and AI tools across the organization
- Support data scientists and automation developers across various business sectors, encouraging inter-functional collaboration and innovation
- Provide expertise in designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation, AI, GenAI, and intelligent agent solutions, ensuring enhanced security and regulatory compliance
- Use DevOps and MLOps methodologies to manage the complete product lifecycle of automation and AI products, from ideation to operational support
- Establish and apply governance frameworks for automation and AI development, acquisition, and exploitation, ensuring adherence to industry regulations, ethical standards, and internal policies
- Maintain centralized inventories of approved automation and AI tools and active use cases, providing recommendations to the AI Council for tool approval and roadmap harmonization
- Proactively manage resource constraints by engaging and supervising external vendors when necessary, ensuring timely delivery and operational continuity
- Develop and supervise a profitable support model for automation and AI solutions, aligned with business expectations and service-level agreements
- Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs), return on investment (ROI), and overall impact of automation and AI initiatives
