Requirements
- Manage cross-functional teams and plan innovation features
- Assess budgets and required skill sets of team members
- Create and maintain schedules and workforce planning tools
- Identify key issues and provide planning and leadership to resolve
- Participate in project reviews with partners
- Lead and develop internal governance processes
- Prepare and present regular and ad-hoc planning updates
- Help organize and manage data, as well as document processes
