Requirements

• Define and execute project scope, timelines, and budgets
• Harmonize work packages with technical requirements
• Establish governance to ensure control of deliverables, priorities, and budget
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including suppliers and engineering teams
• Participate in program reviews and provide support and visibility as needed
• Supervise project management processes and ensure adherence to technical risk management, maturity criteria, and phase exit
• Coordinate activities with other project organizations (e.g., Bombardier Test Center, Interiors)
• Support the deployment of project management tools and the use of Bombardier project management guides
• Deploy lessons learned and best practices within the domain
• Support program change management and lead planning and execution of required technical changes
