Requirements

• Diploma in operations, production, or engineering management or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a unionized manufacturing environment
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Managerial courage when managing personnel
• Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships
