Job Description
We are seeking a Leader, Operations to lead an engaged and experienced team towards parts and complex assembly manufacturing, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Requirements
- College diploma or university degree in Aerospace, engineering or manufacturing management
- Experience in management in a manufacturing environment (aerospace environment is an advantage)
- Strong communication skills in French language (bilingualism is an advantage)
- Good understanding of the principles of value-added production
- Strong communication skills
- Extraordinary flexibility and passion for non-recurring work activities
- Aptitude to plan and organize to ensure the attainment of results
- Capacity to demonstrate entrepreneurship skills in work
