Leader Opérations - Équipe de nuit

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced operations team leader to join our team at Bombardier Aerospace in Dorval, QC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 25 unionized employees on a night shift from Monday to Friday.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautics, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a unionized manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bilingual (French and English)
