Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial engineering
• College degree combined with several years of experience in methods and/or quality team
• Excellent management skills
• Good judgment, flexibility, results-oriented, able to work with minimal supervision and comfortable with tight delivery times
• Good organizational skills and excellent technical knowledge
• Great sense of initiative and ability to work with a winning team
• Talent for communication and leadership
• Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills in both English and French (bilingualism is an asset)
