As a member of the Organizational Learning team, you will analyze training needs, coordinate special projects, and lead cross-functional project teams to deliver business solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education, project management, business administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment or 10+ years of experience in the Aerospace field
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proven analytical skills
- Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of project management tools and software
- Collaborative leadership skills
- Understanding of Transport Canada requirements
