Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, project management, or administration or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a role in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and company priorities
• Analytical skills
• Mastery of French and English
• Good knowledge of project management tools
• Collaborative leadership
• Regulatory knowledge
• Knowledge of a learning management system (LMS)
