Manager, Data Integration & Business Intelligence Center of Excellence (CoE)

Bombardier is seeking a Manager, Data Integration & Business Intelligence Center of Excellence (CoE) to define and execute a multi-year strategy and roadmap for the Data Integration & BI CoE. The role requires leading a high-performing team of data pipeline developers, data modelers, BI developers, and platform specialists, and overseeing the build and operational support of the enterprise data platform.

Requirements

• Define and execute a multi-year strategy and roadmap for the Data Integration & BI CoE
• Build and lead a high-performing team of data pipeline developers, data modelers, BI developers, and platform specialists
• Oversee the build and operational support of the enterprise data platform
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of ELT/ETL pipelines, data flows, and reporting solutions
• Ensure technology selection, deployment, and lifecycle management for all data integration and BI tools
• Enforce data management in accordance with security, privacy and data governance directives
• Enable the use of self-service analytics platforms and empower business analysts
• Cultivate a community of practice for BI and data integration
• Develop and oversee a cost-effective support model for data solutions
• Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), ROI, and the impact of data initiatives
