Requirements

• Lead a team of Integration specialists
• Manage the Engineering Statement of Work
• Manage the engineering budget and spend for the department
• Perform employee performance reviews and make salary review recommendations
• Participate in the recruitment and integration of new employees
• Participate in management meetings and organize departmental governance
• Communicate effectively and support decisions and messages to and from management
• Ensure that the management system is in place to organize and control the tasks and the priorities
• Support employees to enable them to reach their goals and deliverables
