Requirements

• Bachelor's / Technical degree in Industrial Engineering and/or continuous improvement
• 5-8 years of experience in a related field
• Proven experience & advanced skills in project management and team work leadership
• Strong communication skills at all levels
• Fluency in French written and spoken
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project)
• Awareness of the new trends in manufacturing field and continuous improvement
