Manage and deliver on time, engineering projects and activities related to major milestones for one of many existing and/or new platforms; Lead and coordinate technical Engineering Change planning, ensuring completeness and harmonization with stakeholders; Work closely with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure adherence and compliance of projects scope, schedule, and budget;
Requirements
- Engineering degree or relevant diploma with equivalent working experience
- 8 years or more in project management or aerospace
- Familiarity with Program/Project Management processes and principles
- Sound aircraft technical and/or manufacturing experience
- Previous experience in structural and/or systems development (an asset)
- Professional attitude and superior communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time management skills, foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities
- Natural leadership and pro-active attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated, autonomous, enthusiastic and results oriented
- Technically curious
- Effective problem-solving skills with ability to make good decisions to move projects along to meet or exceed the targets
- Good computing skills; proficient in MS Office and experience with MS Excel and MS Project is an asset
