Requirements

• Develop, participate, maintain, and improve an industrial engineering strategy;
• Participate in developing production activity sequences for assembly positions;
• Be responsible for balancing labor needs with organizational needs, defining work standards, balancing and configuring positions and assembly lines to accommodate different change rates, analyzing and making observations, and taking measures to determine value-added activity ratios;
