Requirements

• Manage projects and activities related to major milestones for existing business aircraft programs and/or those in development;
• Manage multidisciplinary teams in establishing project scope, schedules, and budgets;
• Coordinate change management activities according to Bombardier processes (DCP/PCR);
• Work closely with technical experts, management teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure compliance with project scope, schedule, and budget;
• Ensure the follow-up and respect of best practices and processes to ensure the integrity and consistency of technical activities;
• Work with internal product safety teams to prioritize and resolve safety issues;
• Manage project priorities and communication, harmonizing these priorities;
• Monitor technical launch (drawings, modification summaries, compliance documents, service bulletins, etc.);
• Prepare and provide budget visibility, as well as resource allocation and forecasting;
• Prepare and present visibility reports at various levels of the organization and complete project deliverables, as assigned;
• Monitor project risks, support the creation and execution of contingency plans;
• Represent the Aircraft Design and Development teams at interdepartmental meetings;
• Coordinate multidisciplinary reviews of Integrated Development Teams;
• Coordinate and participate in activities involving multiple sites, as needed.
