Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 8-10 years of experience in the aerospace industry
- Project management experience in engineering is an asset
- Demonstrated solid skills in scheduling, cost/budget management, and scope definition and changes
- Good understanding of technological maturation phases and conceptual design
- Ability to work in an uncertain environment with evolving scope
- Autonomous, result-oriented, and enthusiastic, with a strong work ethic
