Proposal Manager, Defense

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 5 to 12 years of experience in engineering or technical program management at Bombardier Aerospace, and/or equivalent engineering activities
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal and/or project management
• Strong team player with initiative and excellent communication skills
• Ability to effectively negotiate in-line with business objectives
• Strong working knowledge of Bombardier's policies and processes
• Strong technical knowledge of aircraft, aircraft systems and special mission equipment
• Knowledge of CGR, ITAR and previous government and military flight operations exposure (a plus)
