Job Description
Provide customer support for Bombardier business jets and representatives, provide technical advice and recommendations on aircraft systems, and lead meetings to resolve issues affecting aircraft return to service.
Requirements
- College diploma in aeronautical engineering (avionics/mechanics)
- 10 years of experience in problem-solving in the field of aircraft interiors and “Green Aircraft”
- Good customer approach and solid communication skills in English and French (spoken and written)
- Aircraft Maintenance Technician license or equivalent is an asset
- MS office programs proficiency
