We are seeking a Technical Mechanical Representative to join our Day Shift Customer Response Team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and internal stakeholders regarding Bombardier business aircraft systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders on Bombardier business aircraft systems
• Develop and maintain technical knowledge of mechanical systems and their application to Bombardier business aircraft
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and provide recommendations for product improvement
• Write technical reports and maintain accurate records
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
