As a Program Management Engineer Specialist, you'll manage internal and external activities between various functions, ensuring all necessary elements for governance, integration, communication, evaluation, and execution of program components are implemented in accordance with the program strategy (including client requirements, quality requirements, and commercial requirements) and the schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or project management or a relevant equivalent degree
• At least 10 years of experience in the aerospace industry
• Solid technical knowledge of aircraft and aeronautical systems
• Good understanding of project management, PMP certification is an asset
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong data management skills
• Good interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• Client-oriented and innovative in problem-solving
• Open-minded and able to work in a team
• Good sense of organization, time management, and autonomy
