The Avionics Technical Services Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of avionics technical specialists and ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. The role involves promoting teamwork, monitoring fleet reliability, and providing technical support. The supervisor will also conduct technical reviews, analyze data, and participate in meetings to ensure the department's needs are met.

Requirements

• College diploma in aircraft maintenance or a university degree in engineering with a specialization in aerospace
• Minimum 10 years of experience in aviation (avionics), preferably on Bombardier business aircraft
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
• Good technical skills and decision-making capabilities
