Bombas is seeking a Director, Brand Marketing to lead the development of our larger cultural footprint, overarching campaign strategy, and macro brand identity. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, brand strategy, or a closely related field, with a proven track record of managing macro brand budgets, high-level partnerships, and full-funnel campaign execution.

- Proven experience in executing brand strategy, positioning, creative development, and multi-channel campaigns at scale with measurable impact.
- Exceptional cross-functional communication skills and ability to lead teams through ambiguous conversations.
- Deep passion for branding, cultural awareness, and an experimental mindset.
- 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, brand strategy, or a closely related field
- Proven experience managing macro brand budgets, high-level partnerships, and full-funnel campaign execution.
- Experience managing and mentoring functional experts (like Social/Influencer managers), with a clear track record of guiding overarching content strategy.
