Dentist

This full-time, non-exempt position at a community health center offers an opportunity to administer, maintain, and expand primary and preventive dental care. The Dentist will supervise dental staff, manage the dental record, provide patient education, and participate in program planning. This position involves excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited general practice residency program (preferred)
• Minimum of five years clinical experience preferred
• Ability to be clinically fluent in Spanish preferred
• Knowledge of public health principles and practices preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills required
• FTCA coverage or private professional malpractice insurance obtainable
• Current CPR (BLS) certifications
• Florida DPS and DEA registrations
• Medicare and Medicaid provider numbers
