Job Description
Area Sales Manager role seeks to provide leadership, coaching, and strategic guidance to sales representatives in the Sarasota market, with key responsibilities including recruiting, training, and onboarding of sales professionals, as well as monitoring sales activity and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership, coaching, training, or mentoring capacity
- Proven success in recruiting, hiring, and developing sales professionals
- Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and turn insights into actionable strategies
- Willingness to travel regularly within the territory
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass a background check
- Must be able to climb a ladder safely and work at elevated heights on roofs
- Military service is a plus
