Field Supervisor

Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a motivated Field Supervisor to join their growing family. The supervisor will oversee residential roofing projects from start to finish, supervise crews, and ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met.

Requirements

• Ensure all work is completed as described in the scope of work and safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards
• Supervise crew members on all projects including projects involving subcontractors
• Communicate with homeowners as the main point of contact during projects, start to finish.
• Prepare and collect invoices once the job is completed.
• Look for other necessary repairs, i.e, roofing, gutters, etc.
• Inspect work for quality and compliance with company standards and local regulations
• Mentor and train crew members, promoting skill development and team cohesion
