Repair Technician

Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a motivated Repair Technician to join their growing family. The technician will inspect roofing systems, diagnose issues, and complete repair work while ensuring a professional and positive customer service experience on every job.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of roofing or related repair experience
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights comfortably
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season
