Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Billing Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing operation. The Billing Coordinator is responsible for managing the full billing lifecycle—ensuring invoices are accurate, timely, and aligned with company standards.
Requirements
- Manage and oversee the full billing process, ensuring all invoices are accurate and completed on time
- Partner with Sales and Service teams to gather necessary billing details
- Utilize ServiceTitan to process billing and financial transactions
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies quickly and effectively
- Communicate with customers regarding invoices and payment questions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual billing reports
- Support the development and improvement of billing processes and best practices
- Stay current on billing procedures and industry standards
