Safety & Fleet Manager responsible for leading and improving company-wide safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing fleet operations. This is a high-accountability role that requires the candidate to be in the field, responding to incidents and coaching teams.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of leadership experience in field service, construction, or trades
- Direct experience managing workplace injuries, accidents, and workers' comp claims
- Experience with fleet operations or vehicle management strongly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA and safety compliance
