Senior Art Director, Brand

We're seeking a Senior Art Director to lead our brand's creative vision, execute at a high level, and grow more junior designers. You'll own the brand system, drive the visual strategy, and set the standard for Bonusly's visual identity across all surfaces.

Requirements

• 7+ years of design experience
• Meaningful time in brand, art direction, or creative lead roles
• Portfolio that demonstrates both conceptual range and executional craft
• Experience with character design, mascot development, or brand illustration systems
• Strong art direction skills
• Fluency in Figma, Adobe suite, and motion work tools
• Experience designing for PLG or product-led marketing
• Strong communication instincts and ability to explain creative decisions in plain language
• Interest in or experience with HR tech and the future of work
• Ability to lead and develop a junior designer
• Experience working in a high-growth startup
