We are seeking a Patent Practice Group Assistant with 1-2 years of office administrative experience to join our firm's patent practice group in Washington DC. The position involves providing administrative support to the firm's attorneys and patent specialists, preparing routine mailing/shipping, coordinating document preparation, and performing other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of related administrative experience (preferably in patents)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities, and work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude toward service to the firm's clients, attorneys, and co-workers
- Ability to independently and efficiently prioritize workflow
- Desire to learn new tasks and technologies
- Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and professional service skills (written and verbal)
