Requirements
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of analysts
- Drive Insights: Understand funnels, ecosystems, user behaviors, and long-term trends
- Strategic KPI Frameworks: Develop and maintain comprehensive KPI trees and frameworks
- Metric Definition & Growth: Define key metrics reflecting product success and monitor health
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and senior stakeholders
- Process Automation: Lead efforts to automate data management and reporting processes
- Experimentation: Champion a hypothesis-driven approach, overseeing product A/B testing and funnel optimization
