Requirements

• Monitor customer integration processes and identify abnormal conditions
• Triage issues between process/application and runtime/infrastructure issues
• Classify new errors via Known Error dictionary
• Troubleshoot the issue and provide remediation recommendations
• Resolve data-related errors, application connectivity and configuration issues
• Implement break/fix type changes to resume normal operations
