Job Description
Join Boomi as a ServiceNow CPQ Developer/Administrator to transform complex product catalogs and pricing strategies into automated, error-free quoting experiences. Develop and maintain the technical architecture of the ServiceNow CPQ application, with a focus on product and pricing configuration, development and scripting, integrations and administration, and performance monitoring.
Requirements
- 10+ years of low code cloud-based SaaS platform development experience
- 2+ years focused on Configure Price Quote, Order Management, or Revenue Operations
- Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- ServiceNow Focus: Configure Price Quote, Customer Service Management, Sales Operation Management or Similar tools in salesforce or others
- Core Scripting: JavaScript (Glide API), HTML/CSS (for Quote Templates), and JSON
- Logic Engine: Decision Tables, Flow Designer, and Advanced Work Assignment (AWA)
- Integrations: REST API, Integration Hub, and Spokes for ERP/Finance systems
- Community-First Mindset
- Analytical Skills: Ability to use Performance Analytics to track community health (e.g., time-to-first-reply, deflection rates)
- Collaboration: Ability to work closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams to align the portal's look and feel with brand standards
