Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering and/or similar areas
• Between 2 and 6 years of professional experience in Servicenow projects
• Knowledge of spoken and written English
• Technical knowledge of JavaScript and AngularJS
• Experience in the design, implementation and roll-out of information systems, preferably with ServiceNow (and/or similar) solutions
• Knowledge and experience in specific ServiceNow modules (preferably ITSM/ITOM, HRSD and CSM)
• Certification as a ServiceNow CSA
• ServiceNow CIS certification (preferred)
• Standards for communication with other systems (JDBC, MID Server, REST / SOAP)
• Microsoft Azure Az-900 (or equivalent AWS Cloud Practitioner) certification (preferred)
• Experience in project management using Agile and Scrum methodology
• Communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork and collaboration

• Willingness to travel
