Job Description
We are a family-owned real estate investment company looking for a full-time or part-time Real Estate Manager to join our team in Munich, Germany. The ideal candidate will have experience in independent property management, commercial education, and fluency in German language.
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial education in the real estate industry
- Professional experience in independent property management
- Fluent German language skills in word and writing
- Basic knowledge of tenancy law
- Experience with Domus software or another accounting software
- Solid understanding of numbers, basic accounting knowledge in real estate management, and good knowledge of supplementary cost statements
