Independent Contractor - Sales Development Representative

We are seeking an Independent Contractor - Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and be comfortable with an outbound role, handling phone and email outreach, and meeting quotas. Compensation is $15/hr USD + commission and bonuses.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in over-the-phone sales or SDR role
• Experience with door-to-door sales or cold calling
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Ability to meet quotas and overcome objections and roadblocks
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks and time
