Job Description
The Waterfront Lead Counselor supports the work of the YMCA by promoting healthy living, social responsibility, and youth development. The role involves supervising participants, providing advice on water safety, and maintaining a clean and safe program environment.
Requirements
- Previous waterfront experience
- CPR and First Aid certification within 60 days of hire
- American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
- 21+ years old
- High School degree or GED or working towards completion of high school
