AI and ML Engineer

The AI and ML Engineer will design and develop AI, ML, or Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions to guide LLM behavior and responses. The role requires experience with AI tools and frameworks, including OpenAI, LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or Python, and knowledge of deploying AI tools in the Cloud. A Top Secret clearance is required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience designing and developing AI, ML, or NLP solutions to guide LLM behavior and responses
• Experience designing, analyzing, and optimizing prompts for accuracy, consistency, and relevance across varied scenarios
• Experience working with cross-functional teams translating business needs into actionable tasks by designing context-aware prompts and integrating prompt engineering into broader AI development pipelines
• Experience using AI tools or frameworks, including OpenAI, LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or Python
• Knowledge of deploying AI tools in the Cloud
• Knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and front-end applications
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree
