Manage the planning, design, and implementation of cyber operations for Department of Defense agencies supporting combatant commands and other organizations. Create solutions for hard target defeat using cyberspace operations experience.
Requirements
- 11+ years of experience with cyberspace operations, and non-kinetic effects planning and vulnerability assessment or analysis
- Knowledge of tactics and doctrine development in support of real-world operations and modeling and simulation
- Ability to integrate cyber into dynamic ISR and Fires deliberate planning and operations
- Ability to analyze or develop operational requirements for advanced C2 technology efforts, including via the Joint Fires Network (JFN)
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with operations at a Combatant Command or Service Component
- Experience with Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO) planning
- Experience with intelligence support to OCO
- Experience with the Joint Planning Process
- Experience with all-source intelligence disciplines
- Knowledge of underground facilities or hard and deeply buried targets
- OCO Cyber Certification
