Data and Visualization Engineer, Lead

Data and Visualization Engineer, Lead: We are seeking an experienced data professional to help our clients find answers in their data to impact important missions. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience with data analysis, data visualization, and data pipeline engineering, as well as expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with Data analysis, such as recognizing and investigating data quality and various data types, including discerning structure and relationships within data
• 8+ years of experience with Data visualization, such as creating charts with basic design principles
• 8+ years of experience with Data pipeline engineering, such as executing data transformation stages
• 6+ years of experience with programming languages, including Python, R, or SQL, for data manipulation and analysis
• Experience working in Foundry, including building or maintaining data pipelines with Code Repository
• Knowledge of database-driven application development and design
• Ability to develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Foundry, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik to communicate data insights to business stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate with business analysts or users to clarify requirements, work closely with different business groups to comprehend and respond to their reporting and dashboard needs, be self-motivated, and pay strict attention to detail
• Experience supervising others and leading projects and deliverables within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Data Science, or Computer Engineering
