The Naval Acquisition Program Analyst will assist the U.S. Navy in optimizing performance of new and existing technologies, business processes, and strategies in support of overall U.S. Navy mission assurance initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience with program or project and acquisition management supporting a Department of War (DoW) organization
- Experience drafting, editing, and reviewing documents such as budget exhibits, program review briefs, and acquisition reports
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with weapons systems or combat systems
- Experience with NAVSEA, including providing program and acquisition management and financial management support to U.S. Navy ACAT I and II programs
- Experience with DoW budget requirements, POM PRR, and tracking funding line items and expenditures
- Master’s degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
