Ontologist

We are looking for an Ontologist to join our team as a data scientist. You will use your leadership skills and data science expertise to create real-world impact by unlocking the secrets held by a data set, and help find the answers in the data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, or data mining
• 5+ years of experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages for data analysis
• Experience with Java and Python for ontology-driven application development
• Experience with Bash scripting for automation tasks
• Experience writing advanced SPARQL queries
• Experience in ontology design, semantic data modeling, and SPARQL query development
• Experience with W3C standards, including RDF, OWL, and SHACL, and supporting frameworks such as Basic Formal Ontology (BFO) and Common Core Ontologies (CCO)
• Experience with natural language processing, text mining, or machine learning techniques
