Operations Manager

Operations Manager responsible for analyzing client's current operating environment, identifying areas for improvement, and facilitating discussions with leadership and support staff to help refine the client's definition of success and identify current frustrations. Responsible for developing and maintaining integrated master schedules, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing budget forecasting, expense tracking, and reconciliation in compliance with DoD financial regulations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in government contracting and program or financial management roles
• 5+ years of experience with the DoD
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Contract Management
