Program Analyst

Role Overview

As a Program Analyst, you will implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our client's strategy, working with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You will help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft tools and regular interactions with SMEs, technical directors, engineers, and contracting officers.

What You Will Do

You will help ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards through effective communication. You will also assist in developing and maintaining program strategy, and help improve warfighter communications.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience working in a professional environment
• Experience with project management on technical projects
• Experience creating project management plans
• Experience assisting and supporting the development of recommended and required program documentation according to DoD regulations and directives
• Experience serving as an advisor to upper-level management
• Experience planning, coordinating, and developing comprehensive reports to improve the overall development and execution of organizational programs
• Experience conducting quantitative or qualitative analysis and evaluation of programs and providing management with information about improving initiatives and strategic plans
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree
